Abstract

The value of a company reflected on the price of stock maket which is defined by the company's growth and expected to provide positive signal for investment opportunity. This study is to examine the influence of Earning per Share, Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Stock Price of manufacturing company in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study is manufacturing company registered in BEI, while the sample is manufacturing company that accords the criteria in total of 62 companies using the data of 2013. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis data with trust level 5%. The finding shows that Earning Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously influence on Stock Price. Then, the results showed that Earning Per Share (EPS) has positive influence on Stock Price, while Current Ratio (CR) has negative influence on Stock Price with coeficient determination value of 15,3%.
