Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of variable work culture, competence and compensation to employees satisfaction UPN “Veteran” Jakarta.. When the study for 6 months, starting from Januari 2015 and ending Juni 2015. Sampling technique in this study is saturated samples (total sampling) which represents the number of the population, as many as 150 (one hundred and fifty). The analytical method chosen in this study to analyze the data is by using SEM (Structural Equation Model), which is operated through the LISREL program. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel budaya, kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan karyawan UPN “Veteran” Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan selama 6 bulan, mulai dari bulan januari 2015 dan berakhir 2015 juni . Sampel teknik dalam studi ini secara sampel jenuh (total sampel) yang mewakili jumlah penduduk, sebanyak 150 (seratus lima puluh). Metode analisis yang dipilih dalam studi ini untuk menganalisis data adalah dengan menggunakan SEM (Model Persamaan Struktural), yang dioperasikan melalui program lisrel.
