Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of proactive personality and perceived organizational support to the organizational citizenship behavior mediated by workaholic behaviour. The sample was 159 employees of PD BPR BKK Purwokerto respondents. The results show that the proactive personality has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior, proactive personality has a negative effect workaholic, workaholic has a negative effect on organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support has a positive effects on organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support has a negative effect on workaholic, workaholic does not mediate relationship between proactive personality and organizational citizenship, and workaholic does not mediate relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior. Finally, we suggest for futher research. Peneltian ini bertujuan mencermati efek proaktif kepribadian dan dirasakan organisasi organisasi dukungan terhadap perilaku dimediasi oleh perilaku workaholic kewarganegaraan. Sampel adalah 159 karyawan pada BPR BKK Purwokerto. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian proaktif, tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), kepribadian proaktif memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap workaholic, workaholic memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap OCB, Persepsi dukungan organisasi (POS) memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap workaholic, workaholic tidak memediasi hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan OCB, dan workaholic tidak memediasi hubungan antara Persepsi dukungan organisasi dan OCB. Akhirnya, kami menyarankan penelitian untuk dilanjutkan.
