Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of motivation factors and work environment toward the government employee performance. The study, which was located at Tomohon Western Districts, uses explanatory or hypothetical investigations. The samples were respondents from the total of 34 government employees at Tomohon Western Districts. The data collection technique utilizes the sensus sampling by means of distributing questionnaires o the respondents. The data werethen valued, tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression statics. The results of this research show that: 1) motivation has an significantly influence on the employee performance. 2) work environment significantly influence the employee performance.
