Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of workload and job satisfaction toward Turnover Intention. The study, which was located at PT. Telkom Bitung, uses explanatory or hypothetical investigations. The samples were respondents from the total of 41 employees at PT. Telkom. The data collection technique utilizes the sensus sampling by means of distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The result of this research show that: 1) workload has an significantly influence on the turnover intention. 2) job satisfaction negative influence the turnover intention.
