Abstract

This paper aims to: (1) Understand the importance of planning in the implementation process of development, and (2) Understanding of planning is one of the managememt functions that support the achievement of the development goals. In this paper, a method used by the author are: "Methods of literature", ie by studying literature I books related to this article. The results of the discussion concluded that planning is the overall thought process and calculations are done than the things that will be done in the future in order to achieve the goals set.
