Abstract
Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) nowadays is very fomous and has cultured all over the places, because that fish has the abitity to adaptate in every type of water (they can live in fresh water, brachiswater and coastal area). Nile Tilapia also can resist to environmental change and has the omnivore characteristic. They are able to digest food efficiently, fast growth and resist to the disease.
The goal of aquaculture is to gain maximum production with appropriate cost. Food is the primer consideration for aquaculture bussiness, because food takes 50 - 70 % part of aquaculture intensive system. The vital part of the food is the use of protein which is very important for breeding stock, larvae and the growing process in Nile Tilopia in appropriate amount for special function. This protein can not be changed by other macromolecule.
