In an organization there is need of communication, because communication accurs when a person wants to convey information to others. The conveyed information can make to have either similiarities or differences is its meaning. These similiarties and differences are caused by the perception of those involved in the communication process. The term communication has a lot of different senses. Some people point to communication as a means of delivering information, such as telephone and television. While others use the term to refer to communications in various channels of communication within the organization, such as hearsay, chain oc command, camplaint procedures, and so on.
