Abstract
The aim of the research was to know species and abundance insect pests, natural enemies.
number of bud, and wet rice which fertilized with organic an unorganic fertiizers. The expenment was
designed in Rondomized block with four treatments (15 and 10 ton/ha of compost manure, unorganic
fertiizer, and control) and four blocks.
There were 14 species of insect pest attacked to wet rice, plants induding Phylocaris sp and Thrips
sp. The highest insect pests population was found at plant fertilizing with unorganic fertilizer (3.78
individuals). Spesies of natural enemies have been found of 21 species. The highest natural enemy
population was found at the farmers design (1,25 individuals/5 double swings) and the lowest at
control(1.04 individuals/5 double swings.
The highest insect pest on unhulled wet rice was seen at plant fertilizing by unorganic fertiizer (66 g
duster), followed by compost 15 ton/ha 57 g /duster and 10 ton/ha 42 gr/duster, and wrthout fertiizing (36
g/duster).
