Abstract
Gold Snail {Pomacea caniculata) represent one of crop pests of faction Molusca. l'ts a herbivore
polifage, verry gluttanous and quickly multiply. The target of research was to know the influence of lanta
fruit extract on P. caniculata mortality. The research was done by using Completed Randomize Design with
five treatments and four replications. The treatments consis of: (1 ). Control : extract concentration 0 % (K);
(2). First treatment : extract concentration 10 % (P1); (3). Serond treatment: extract concentration 20 %
(P2); (4) Third treatment : extract concentration 30 % (P3); (5) Fourth treatment : extract concentration 40 %
{P.).
The result of research saw that quikest death time and highest mortality of P. caniculata on extract
treatment concentration 40 %. Longest death time and lowest mortality of P. caniculata on extract treatment
concentration 10 %. Total mortality happened on is fourth day after aplication. This matter incated that
treatment with extract cancentration of lanta fru~ 10 % to 40 % was elective to kill P. caniculata. The result
of research also indicate that fruit extract concentration excelsion of lanta, faster death time and excelsior of
mortality of P. caniculata.
