Abstract
The stdy aimed to determine the effect of sawdust storage media viability cacao seeds. The experiment was conducted at the Laboratory of Crop Science Faculty Of Agriculture UNSRAT . Research using completely randomized design cinsisting of 3 treatments dosage of sawdust ,where each treatment was repeated three times in order to obtain the nine experiments. The treatments werw : A = 20 grams of sawdust , B = 40 grams of sawdust, and C = 60 grams of sawdust. The variables measure were seed germination and dry weight of cocoa beans . Data were amalyzed using analysis of variance and followed by a test BNT5%. The results showed that the cocoa seed storage in sawdust media that the greater the higher the dose of sawdust in germination of seeds of cacao
