Abstract
Abstract — Aplikasi jasa reparasi barang elektronik an
application that will be used by the public to make it easier to find a
technician and also make it easier for a technician to get a job.
Making this application is based on the use of a smartphone which
makes it easier to find a technician. This application is made so that
people can order a technician anywhere and anytime as long as
there is an internet connection. So far, people still find it difficult to
find information on a technician. To make it easier for the public to
get information or to order a technician, in this thesis a mobile
application is made that can make it easier for people to get
information and order a technician. This application uses the RAD
method in creating a system development cycle which has three
kinds of stages, namely planning requirements, RAD design
workshops and implementation and using the IDE React Native
Framework. In this application, there are several features that
make it easier for people to get information or order a technician. It
is hoped that the mobile application will serve as a medium between
people who want to order services and technicians who want to
promote their services.
