Abstract
Abstrak : Teknologi informasi memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk mendukung pelaksanaa informasi public. Dinas Komunikasi Dan Informatika merupakan instansi yang menangani dan berhadapan langsung masalah terkait dengan Teknologi Informasi skala Kota yang memerlukan perhatian lebih dari pimpinan terlebih dalam penyediaan sarana dan prasarana dan sumber daya manusia. Untuk menilai tingkat kematangan Teknologi Informasi pada instansi penulis menggunakan framework COBIT 5 dengan domain pilihan yaitu Build Acquire and Implement untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan Tata Kelola TI. Hasil dari penelitian ini mendapatkan tingkat kematangan Teknologi Informasi saat ini untuk domain BAI 06 dan BAI 08 berada pada level 3 level (Established Process) dan domain BAI 01, BAI 02, BAI 3, BAI 4, BAI 05, BAI 07, BAI 09, BAI 10 berada pada level 4 (Predictable proses), kemudian dari hasil kematangan Teknologi Informasi di berikan rekomendasi perbaikan pada instansi. Instansi mendapatkan ukuran kematangan Teknologi Informasi berdasarkan COBIT 5 serta Rekomendasi yang dapat ditindaklanjuti dalam instansi untuk melakukan perbaikan kedepannya. Kata Kunci : BAI; COBIT 5; Kominfo; Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi. Abstract: Information technology has a very important role to support the implementation of public information. The Office of Communication and Information Technology is an agency that handles and deals directly with problems related to City-scale Information Technology which require more attention from the leadership, especially in the provision of facilities and infrastructure and human resources. To assess the level of maturity of Information Technology at the author's agency using the COBIT 5 framework with the chosen domain, namely Build Acquire and Implement to determine the maturity level of IT Governance. The results of this study get the current level of information technology maturity for the BAI 06 and BAI 08 domains at level 3 levels (Established Process) and the domains BAI 01, BAI 02, BAI 3, BAI 4, BAI 05, BAI 07, BAI 09, BAI 10 is at level 4 (Predictable process), then from the results of Information Technology maturity, recommendations for improvement are given to agencies. Agencies get a measure of Information Technology maturity based on COBIT 5 and recommendations that can be followed up by the agency to make improvements in the future.
