Abstract
This research aim to know whether counseling have executed the counseling activity in developing human being resources of farmer. This research had been conducting from June until November-2009. In the Liwutung village 1 kec. Ratahan kab. Partner.
Intake the Method used the sample random sampling. Until taken by 30 farmer.
Counseling role in development of human being resources have the positive correlation coefficient value that is 0.516 (according to calculation result by using the SPSS) while the level of determinant coefficient relationship have the value of 26.62%. The relationship of farmer’s knowledge according to the calculation result using SPSS would have correlation coefficient 0.406. Whereas determinant coefficient haves its value 16.48%. In forming the farmers attitude was with calculation pass by SPSS would have the positive correlation coefficient of 0.318, while the level of determinant coefficient has its value of 10.11%. Farmer’s skills have the relationship of positive correlation coefficient with using the calculating of SPSS by the biggest value of 0.64 while the level of determinant coefficient relationship has the value of 41.47%.
From the result of this research indicate that contribute of the counseling in resources of human being farmer development has its relationship with the farmer’s knowledge, forming the farmers attitude and skills which they had. It means that the counseling in human being resources of farmer has its positive correlation coefficient.
