Abstract

Penelitian tentang evaluasi keandalan sistem jaringan distribusi menggunakan indeks SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) dan SAIFI (System Interruption Frequency Index) pada PT.PLN (Persero) Area Kotamobagu menghitung tingkat keandalan saluran utama jaringan distribusi primer 20 kV Hasil evaluasi memperlihatkan bahwa Ktr Area Kotamobagu dalam 5 tahun terakhir mempunyai nilai SAIFI tahun 2014,2015,2016,2017,2018 masing-masing yaitu 4,20 , 4,932 , 6,660 , 0,944 ,5,876 dan SAIDI masing masing 18,940 , 115,634 , 273,187 , 4,028 , 231,222 Area imandi dalam 5 tahun terakhir mempunyai nilai SAIFI tahun 2014,2015,2016,2017,2018 masing-masing yaitu 2,368 , 0,140 , 3,534 , 0,940 , 5,681 dan SAIDI masing masing 20,944 , 0,205 , 777,914 , 10,636 , 73,738 Area inobonto dalam 5 tahun terakhir mempunyai nilai SAIFI tahun 2014,2015,2016,2017,2018 masing-masing yaitu 4,710 , 5,897 , 6,411 , 0,881 , 7,297 dan SAIDI masing masing 39,875 , 64,617 , 210,010 , 4,943 , 246,527 Area modayag dalam 5 tahun terakhirmempunyai nilai SAIFI tahun 2014,2015,2016,2017,2018 masing-masing yaitu 4,130 , 5,118 , 4,087 , 2,833 , 6,566 dan SAIDI masing masing 38 , 57,187 , 241,642 , 75,384 , 480,808 Area Bintauna dalam 5 tahun terakhir mempunyai nilai SAIFI tahun 2014,2015,2016,2017,2018 masing-masing yaitu 6,576 , 5,543 , 7,894 , 1,841 , 5,795 dan SAIDI masing masing 26,641 , 77,662 , 232,883 , 12,229 , 380,968 Area Molibagu dalam 5 tahun terakhir mempunyai nilai SAIFI tahun 2014,2015,2016,2017,2018 masing-masing yaitu 3,081, 0, 035 , 1,1742 , 0,332 , 8,797 dan SAIDI masing masing 9,292 , 0,064 , 6,660 , 0,285 ,358,258 nilai SAIFI dan SAIDI pada masing masing area kerja tahun 2014,2015,2016,2018 di atas standar dan dpat dikatakan tidak handal sedangkan pada tahun 2017 pada setiaprayon kerja masih di bawah standar dapat katakana handalKata kunci : Indeks Keandalan,Sistem Distribusi,SAIFI,SAIDIABSTRACT` Research on evaluating the reliability of the distribution network system using the SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) and SAIFI (System Interruption Frequency Index) index at PT.
