Abstract
Abstract — Information systems are very important for an organization. Gereja Gerakan Pentakosta in North Sulawesi is a large organization, currently has 18 Regions and there are 133 Churches in the North Sulawesi area. In an organization, of course, really needs an information system, especially in terms of congregational data collection because the church data collection process will be more effective and can provide complete and up-to-date data. The purpose of this study is to build a system to store and manage congregational data from the Gereja Gerakan Pentakosta in North Sulawesi. The result of this research is that the system is made web-based using the prototype method and focuses on collecting data on church members in each church. This system has 3 users, namely admin to access all data, namely managing regional data, church data and congregation data. Then the church operator is useful for filling in the data of their own congregation members, changing the profile of their own church. And visitors themselves can only see data on areas, churches and congregations. Then it has statistical data to calculate the number of districts, churches, congregation members, number of men and women. Then have a graph of the growth of the region, church, and congregation every year Key words— Church Information System; Data Collection; Gereja Gerakan Pentakosta; North Sulawesi; Web Abstrak — Sistem Informasi sangat penting bagi sebuah organisasi. Gereja Gerakan Pentakosta di Sulawesi Utara adalah sebuah organisasi yang besar, saat ini memiliki 18 Wilayah dan terdapat 133 Gereja di daerah Sulawesi Utara. Di dalam sebuah organisasi tentu saja sangat membutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi khususnya dalam hal pendataan jemaat di karenakan proses pendataan jemaat akan lebih efektif dan dapat memberikan data yang lengkap dan terbaru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu membangun sebuah sistem untuk menyimpan dan mengelola data jemaat dari Gereja Gerakan Pentakosta di Sulawesi Utara. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Sistem dibuat berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode prototipe dan berfokus kepada pendataan anggota jemaat di setiap gereja. Sistem ini memiliki 3 pengguna yaitu admin untuk mengakses keseluruhan data yaitu mengelola data wilayah,data gereja dan data jemaat. Kemudian operator jemaat berguna untuk mengisi data anggota jemaatnya sendiri, mengubah profil gerejanya sendiri. Dan pengunjung sendiri hanya dapat melihat data wilayah, gereja dan jemaat. Kemudian memiliki statistik data untuk menghitung jumlah wilayah, gereja, anggota jemaat, jumlah pria dan wanita. Kemudian memiliki grafik pertumbuhan wilayah, gereja, dan jemaat setiap tahun.
