Abstract
Abstract - Based on the astronomical location at 6o North Latitude
(North Latitude) - 11o South Latitude (South Latitude) and 95 East
Longitude (East Longitude) - 141o East Longitude and
geographically was traversed by the Ring Of Fire, the State of
Indonesia was categorized as a disaster-prone country. Likewise in
North Sulawesi Province, especially the Sangihe Islands Regency
itself which has 5 active volcanoes and one of them was Awu
Volcano which was a volcano recorded in its history that has
erupted 18 times with intervals ranging from 1-101 years with a
powerful eruption. namely, covering the years 1711, 1812, 1856,
1892, and 1966 carrying out explosive eruptions with ± 5301
(people) casualties. Thus, the role of Structural Mitigation from the
Regional Disaster Management Agency of the Sangihe Islands
Regency is urgently needed, in this case educating the Disaster
Evacuation Route to the local community. Therefore, an Awu
Volcano Evacuation Path Information System was built using the
Unified Software Development Process (USDP) method which in
stages includes Inception, Elaboration, Construction and
Transition. To maximize the performance of BPBD KAB. KEPL.
SANGIHE especially the Prevention and Preparedness Division,
provided information on the evacuation route for the Awu Volcano
disaster to the Sangihe Islands Regency community

oleh Ring Of Fire, Negara Indonesia dikategorikan sebagai
negara rawan bencana. Demikian halnya di Provinsi Sulawesi
Utara khususnya Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe Sendiri yang
memiliki 5 Gunung Api yang berstatus aktif dan salah satu
diantaranya adalah Gunung Api Awu merupakan Gunung
Api yang tercatat dalam sejarahnya telah melakukan 18
kali letusan dengan interval yang berkisar 1-101 tahun
dengan Erupsi dahsyatnya yakni meliputi tahun 1711, 1812,
1856, 1892, dan 1966 melakukan erupsi eksplosif dengan
korban jiwa ± 5301(orang). Dengan demikian sangat
dibutuhkan peran Mitigasi Struktural dari Badan
Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan
Sangihe yang dalam hal ini pengdukasian Jalur Evakuasi
Bencana kepada masyarakat setempat. Oleh karena itu maka
dibangun suatu Sistem Informasi Jalur Evakuasi Gunung Api
Awu dengan menggunakan Metode Unified Software
Development Process (USDP) yang pada tahapannya meliputi
Inception, Elaboration, Construction dan Trantition. Agar
memaksimalkan kinerja dari BPBD KAB. KEPL. SANGIHE
khususnya Bidang Pencegahan dan Kesiapsiagaan memberikan
informasi jalur evakuasi bencana Gunung Api Awu kepada
Masyarakat Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe.
