Abstract
Abstrak – Dalam dunia pemerintahan energi sangatlah penting terutama dalam penggunaan energi listrik, pemakaian serta alokasi dana untuk penyediaan adalah yang terutama. Usaha-usaha penghematan energi listrik telah dilaksanakan seperti melakukan penjadwalan operasional peralatan, penggantian lampu-lampu dengan lampu yang hemat energi akan tetapi biaya operasional energi listrik tetap melebihi standar yang telah ditentukan. Audit energi di Kantor Walikota Tomohon ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan energi dan kondisi pemanfaatan energi serta peluang penghematan energi di Kantor walikota Tomohon. Dari data yang diperoleh ruangan yang ada di Kantor Walikota Tomohon ada beberapa ruangan yang nilainya jauh dibawah dari nilai standart karena ruangan tersebut tidak sesuai dengan pemakian energi listrik sedangkan ada beberapa ruangan yang nilainya sangat efisien untuk pemakaian energi listriknya. Dari analisa ini dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan energi listrik serta pemanfaatan energi di Kantor Walikota Tomohon agar peluang solusi penghematan yang dapat direkomendasikan dan dapat menjadi salah satu acuan untuk kantor pemerintahan yang lain

Abstract – In the world of government, energy is important, especially in the use of electrical energy, as well as the allocation of funds for supply. Electrical energy efforts have been carried out such as equipment scheduling, replacement of lamps with energy-efficient lamps will be carried out, energy costs exceed predetermined standards. The energy audit at the Tomohon Mayor's Office aims to determine the energy use and utilization conditions as well as the potential for energy savings at the Tomohon Mayor's Office. From the data obtained from the rooms in the Tomohon Mayor's Office, there are several rooms whose values are far below the standard value because these rooms are not suitable for the use of electrical energy, while there are several rooms whose values are very efficient for using electrical energy. From this analysis, it is possible to optimize the use of electrical energy and energy utilization at the Tomohon Mayor's Office so that the solution opportunities can be ascertained and can be a reference for other government offices.
