Abstract
Abstract –The two worlds of education and reseach are fields that in practice should not be separated and characteristically coherent with one another and possessing continuity as well. Integration of digital and web technology into pedagogy can increase efficiency along with widening the techniques of pedagogy for both instructors and students. In the field of research. This integraton created vast systems of knowledge and collaboration that ease the the creation of knowledge and collaboration between researchers and improving access for new the wider society to earn the most up-to-date knowledge.
Therefore this research takes inspiration as well as using and integrating pedagogical technological concepts such as MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses), along with open source and access distribution systems of libraries for storing scientific articles and preprints. Lastly by integrating some features from Project Management Systems and References. By integrating all three concepts above then a hybrid system that possesses the capability of all the three systems can be created thus enabling the collaboration between the pedagogical and the research worlds by enabling interaction between students, instructors and researchers.

Abstak - Dunia pendidikan dan riset merupakan dua bidang yang selayaknya tidak terpisahkan dan bersifat koheren satu sama lain dan memiliki kesinambungan. Integrasi teknologi digital dan web ke dalam pedagogi dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pendidikan serta memperluas teknik pengajaran dan pembelajaran bagi pengajar dan siswa. Di dunia riset, integrasi ini juga menciptakan banyaknya sistem-sistem penyimpanan ilmu pengetahuan dan kolaborasi yang mempermudah terciptanya ilmu pengetahuan dan kolaborasi antar pelaku riset serta memudahkan akses bagi masyarakat luas untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan yang paling terbaru.
Tujuan. Maka penelitian ini akan mengambil inspirasi serta menggunakan dan menintegrasikan konsep teknologi pedagogi MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses), beserta dengan konsep sistem distribusi sumber terbuka dan akses terbuka yang berfungsi sebagai arsip penyimpanan pustaka bagi artikel;-artikel dan pracetak ilmiah, dan terakhir dengan mengintegrasikan beberapa fitur-fitur utama dari sistem manajemen proyek dan referensi. Dengan integrasi dari ketiga konsep diatas maka akan terbentuk suatu sistem hibrida yang memiliki kemampuan dari ketiga konsep dan sistem yang memungkinkan terjadinya kolaborasi antara dunia pendidikan dan riset dengan cara memungkinkan terjadinya integrasi diantara pihak pelajar, pengajar, dan pelaku riset.
