Abstract
Chemical compositions of seaweed are rich of essential nutrition such as enzyme, fatty acid, amino acid, nucleic acid, vitamin, and mineral. The purpose of the research was to determine the phosphor content of seaweed beverage by adding different dosages of sugars to obtain the good quality of beverage by measuring organoleptic test using Hedonic scale. The result showed that the addition of 200 g of sugar and mixing in water 1,000 ml after being cooked into dried seaweed yielded the best quality of beverage of highest phosphor content and organoleptic test value.
