PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI DESA DI KECAMATAN TOMBATU.

Abstract
Abstrak - Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang sangat pesat ini menuntut kita untuk menciptakan kebutuhan sistem informasi untuk mempercepat dan mempermudah pengelolaan data disegala bidang termasuk di instansi pemerintahan. Agar tujuan pemerintah dapat tercapai dengan maksimal, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mempermudah instansi pemerintahan kususnya di desa. Sistem Informasi Desa Menurut Ibad., (2016) Metode pengumpulan data ini yaitu mengumpulkan data ada yang melalui catatan kemudian di olah setiap akhir bulan untuk memperoleh laporan. Di desa tombatu dua juga sudah mengelola data dengan komputer tapi data tersebut masih belum terhubung ke komputer Kecamatan. Pada tahap ini di dapatkan masalah yang perlu diselesaikan dalam hal ini terbatasnya akses pengelolaan sistem informasi sehingga memperlambat pelayanan pembuatan surat di desa. Sistem informasi desa memiliki kemampuan untuk membantu mengelola data desa dan memberikan informasi bagi masyarakat. roses pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode dari sistem ini yaitu Agile Unified Process yang meliputi tahapan tahap awal (inception phase), elaborasi (elaboration phase), tahap konstruksi (construction phase) dan tahap transisi (transition phase). Dengan menggunakan Sistem informasi desa ini dengan penambahan fitur dan layanan di desa tombatu tentu menjadikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat semakin cepat dan optimal.

Abstract - The rapid development of technology and information requires us to create the need for information systems to speed up and simplify data management in all fields, including in government agencies. In order for the government's goals to be achieved optimally, a system is needed that can facilitate government agencies, especially in the village. Village Information System According to Ibad., (2016) This data collection method is to collect data through records and then processed at the end of each month to obtain reports. In the village of Tombatu Dua, they have also managed the data with a computer, but the data is still not connected to the sub-district computer. At this stage, there are problems that need to be resolved, in this case the limited access to information system management so that it slows down the service of making letters in the village. The village information system has the ability to help manage village data and provide information for the community. The process of developing this information system uses the method of this system, namely the Agile Unified Process which includes the initial stages (inception phase), elaboration (elaboration phase), the construction phase (construction phase) and the transition phase (transition phase). By using this village information system with the addition of features and services in Tombatu Village, of course, making services to the community faster and optimally.
