Abstract

Pendidikan yang berkualitas merupakan elemen yang sangat penting dalam menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Sekolah merupakan faktor penentu terciptanya sumber daya manusia berkualitas yang didalamnya terdapat guru sebagai ujung tombak dalam menciptakan proses pembelajaran di kelas yang aktif, inovatif, kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan (PAIKEM). Namun dalam mewujudkan proses pembelajaran yang PAIKEM di kelas masih mengalami kendala karena minimnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang berbasis teknologi dan informasi yang sudah menjadi kebutuhan dalam upaya menciptakan keberhasilan siswa. Hasil penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengembangan melalui 6 tahapan Multimedia Development Life cycle (MDLC) menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi media pembelajaran Augmented Reality User Defined Target yang secara real time menggabungkan objek virtual tiga dimensi kedalam dunia nyata menghasilkan proses pembelajaran biologi dengan materi rangka yang aktif, inovatif, kreatif, efektif karena menarik, mudah dimengerti, jelas, dan mudah diingat. Kata kunci: Augmented Reality, Android, MDLC, Rangka Manusia, User Defined Target. ABSTRACT The quality education is the important element to result the quality human resource it is needed the quality education. School is the determinant factor that creates the quality human resource which has teachers as the spearhead in creating active, innovative, creative, effective, and enjoyable learning process in class. There are some obstacles in creating them caused by the less using of learning media based on technology and information which is needed in order to create the successful students. The research resulted by using qualitative approach with development method through six stages of Multimedia Development Life cycle (MDLC) showed that the used of Augmented Reality User Defined Target as real time combined three dimention virtual object into real world resulted the active, innovative, creative, and effective learning process of biology with human skeleton material because it is interesting, easy to understand, clearly, and easy to remember.
