Abstract
Abstract — The development of the times is a basic thing that every individual must follow as a complement to himself to live a good life. In the modern era, Augmented Reality media is growing very rapidly to help the world of learning, especially in the multimedia field. Augmented Reality allows the interaction of the real world and the virtual world. the times, gadgets, especially Android smartphones, can help humans to be easier, more efficient, and more flexible as learning media.
The research with the title "Virtual Restoration at the Object Museum of North Sulawesi Province Based on Augmented Reality" uses the Markerless User Defined Target method which has the function to restore objects to their original form. The research goes through the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) stage using Augmented Reality Technology with the Markerless User Defined Target method which in real-time is able to produce more attractive 3D virtual objects as object recognition media.
