Abstract

This paper aims to find out how far the directors responsibility of the Persero state-owned loss which is basically is the limited liability company in accordance with the legislationin force. Research method is using the normative legal research method which analyzes materials that refer to legal norms set out in legislation and court decisions as well as a review of existing literature related to the research object The result is aperceived difference in the law enforcement as one of the directors of state owned operators, the implementation of a loss.
