Abstract
Abstract — The development of information systems is currently considered capable of providing convenience for its users. The development of e-commerce and the very rapid growth of supermarkets, which are already using technology and digitalization to attract customers in a wide market, have gradually made stalls in traditional markets and conventional shops less attractive. The ease of accessing information, data and location is the main factor that the wider community prefers to use existing technology to help with their daily needs. In addition, with reliable information, we can overcome various weaknesses in the agribusiness sector such as long trade lines (distribution), imperfect competitive market structures and weak bargaining positions of farmers. To facilitate the dissemination of this information, a price information system was built. horticultural commodities in the modoinding area to increase the effectiveness of the process of disseminating information about the prices of existing commodities, starting from traders who create accounts in the system who will then open shops according to the place of the shop they have after that traders can share updates on commodity prices sold every day After that, the system will share the recap and price fluctuations in a dashboard that can be seen by the wider community. Perkembangan sistem informasi saat ini dinilai mampu memberikan kemudahan bagi pemakainya. Berkembangnya e-commerce dan tumbuhnya supermarket yang sangat pesat yang mana sudah menggunakan teknologi dan digitalisasi untuk menjaring pelanggan di pasar yang luas, lambat laun membuat lapak di pasar tradisional serta toko-toko konvensional kurang diminati. Kemudahan dalam mengakses informasi, data dan lokasi menjadi faktor utama masyarakat luas lebih memilih memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada dalam membantu kebutuhan sehari-hari. Disamping itu, dengan informasi yang handal, kita dapat mengatasi berbagai kelemahan di bidang agribisnis seperti jalur tata niaga (distribusi) yang panjang, struktur pasar bersaing tidak sempurna dan posisi rebut tawar petani yang lemah.Untuk memudahkan penyebaran informasi tersebut, dibangunlah sebuah sistem informasi harga komoditas hortikultura yang ada di daerah modoinding untuk meningkatkan keefektifan proses penyebaran informasi tentang harga komoditas yang ada, dimulai dari pedagang yang membuat akun dalam sistem yang kemudian akan membuka toko sesuai dengan tempat toko yang dimiliki setelah itu pedagang dapat membagikan update harga komoditas yang dijual setiap harinya
