Abstract
The problem and the objectives ofthis research are to understand the effect ofhuman relations in
increasing the spirit of officer work. The research was conducted in Subdistrict Tenga Government with 53
respondents sample. Because of the population in this research too small is, hence all population is taken as
sampel. Data was collected by using questionnaire technique in the form of questions measured by Likert
scale. The analysis method is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this
research indicated that the human relations have an effect on increasing the spirit of officer work. Based on the
research, be suggested for all organization theorists, to try conducting another research by using different
independent variable that is ass,.lmpted have an effect on increasing the spirit of officer wcrk.
