Abstract
Abstract — The distribution of information at the GPDI Bahu Manado church, which previously relied on WhatsApp groups, was often inefficient, causing important information to be lost in conversations. This research aims to develop a centralized webbased information service system to solve this problem. The system was developed using the Agile method, which allows for iterative development cycles based on user feedback. The technology stack includes CodeIgniter 4 for the backend, Bootstrap 5 for the frontend, and MySQL for the database. A key feature developed is the Progressive Web App (PWA), which allows the website to be installed on mobile and desktop devices for easier access. The system's effectiveness was evaluated using Black Box testing and a quantitative questionnaire distributed to 114 respondents. The results show a very positive user acceptance rate, with 95.6% of users giving a positive rating for the visual design and 94.8% for the mobile user experience. The conclusion is that the developed web-based information system has successfully become an effective and well-received information solution for the GPDI Bahu congregation. Abstrak — Penyaluran informasi di gereja GPDI Bahu Manado yang sebelumnya bergantung pada grup WhatsApp sering kali tidak efisien dan menyebabkan informasi penting hilang dalam percakapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem layanan informasi terpusat berbasis web untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan Metode Agile yang memungkinkan siklus pengembangan iteratif berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna. Tumpukan teknologi yang digunakan meliputi CodeIgniter 4 untuk backend, Bootstrap 5 untuk frontend, dan MySQL untuk database. Fitur kunci yang dihasilkan adalah Progressive Web App (PWA) yang memungkinkan website dapat diinstal di perangkat mobile dan desktop untuk akses yang lebih mudah. Evaluasi keefektifan sistem dilakukan melalui pengujian Black Box dan kuesioner kuantitatif yang disebar kepada 114 responden. Hasilnya menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan pengguna yang sangat positif, di mana 95.6% pengguna memberikan penilaian positif untuk desain visual dan 94.8% untuk pengalaman pengguna di perangkat mobile. Disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi berbasis web yang dikembangkan berhasil menjadi solusi informasi yang efektif dan diterima dengan baik oleh jemaat GPDI Bahu.
