Abstract

This paper discusses the empowerment of rural tilomen and farmers in rural development case studies Tarerqn sub Desa ulceration, using literature review and case studies. The results of the diseussion concluded thqt the empoweflnent of rural women should be in line with the increase in revenue thot will not adversely affict the socioeconomic communities. So as to increase the income of adequate entrepreneurial skills required in particularfor those who are not able toform, while thefarmers themselves are expected to participate,in the farmer to use the land as ffictively as possible. For the women of the village can enjoy / seek their yards,, embanlsnentpondfor fishing, crop land under coconat trees (144 ha) ofland or vacant / unused land that is left (agricultural land that is not arable crops and 131 ha of plantation land that is not cultivated (200 ha), because these lands ore very potentiul to be exploited in order to increasi revenue.
