Wullur. M .2008. Influence Supply Chain Management Practices And E-Business Technologies To Operational Performance (Study At Manufacturing Business Is Having Certificate ISO 9000 In Indonesia). J. FORMAS 2 (1): 1-10 This research develops and test are consistencies of the relation between supply chain management practice, e-business technologies and operational performance. The data for this research is obtained from 67 companies. The relations proposed in the framework of this research a shows the impact of supply chain management practices and e-business technologies in simultaneous have an effect on improvement of operational performance. E-business technologies in partially not have an effect on improvement of operational performance lastly, it is found that supply chain management practice is the variable with the most dominant impact on competitiveness.
