Abstract

Anesthesia management for large intracranial tumors with comorbidities enlarged heart and abnormal liver function have the risk of brain bleeding, edema, the limited of heart enlargement to any changes in blood volume, limited ability of drug metabolism by the liver dyfunction. The elevations of SGOT and SGPT describe injury or death in the liver cells. Without proper anesthesia management can increase the risk of brain, heart failure, and liver dysfunction significantly
