Abstract

Poultry farmers have found that the "tofu residue' incubated in several days used in feed improves the palatability, but they do not know the appropriate length of time needed. Experiment was undertaken to investigate the influence of "tofu residue" incubated at different period of time of the broiler chicken performance. The diets employed were four rations consisting of ingredients such as yellow corn 50%, rice bran 5%, cocoma cake 5,5%, fish meal 13%, top mix 0,5%, and toffue residue 25% incubated at 0, 4, 8, and 12 days. The experiment was set up at 4 x 5 Randomized Completely Design (RCD). Data are we analyzed by using ANOVA method according to RCD. Least Sig1ificant Difference was parformae to determine the feed consumption, weight gain, EWXI feed effiCiency. It was found out that the eddition of 25% "tofu residue" were incubated in 0, 4, 8, and 12 days do not improve the broiler performance of feed consumption, weight gain, and feed effldency. Keywords : Tofu reSidue, broiler Chiken feed.
