The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect the interests of public participation in the implementation of the annual tourist event in the city of Solo. The factors are used as independent varoabel) determination of the timing of the event, the determination of the location and content of the event (product). Respondents of this study of 60 people, consisting of various circles of society Solo. Data collected through questionnaires. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the timing has a significant influence on the interest of the public participation. While determining the location and content of the event (product) is not significant influence on society pasrtisipasi interest. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pelaksanaan berbagai event wisata tahunan di kota Solo. Faktor-faktor yang dijadikan varoabel independen yaitu) penentuan waktu pelaksanaan event, penentuan lokasi, dan isi acara (produk). Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang, terdiri dari berbagai kalangan masyarakat Solo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Adapun hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa penentuan waktu memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat partisipasi masyarakat. Sedangkan penentuan lokasi dan isi acara (produk) tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap minat pasrtisipasi masyarakat.
