Abstract

Abstrack - The PLTS System (Solar Power Generation) system is a renewable electric power system which, when applied to housing, is known as the Solar Home System, and one of the applications for designing this household scale PLTS is Homer. Homer is an effective application for planning the design of a Solar Home System by simulating the design in order to get the optimal design results from the homer application optimization. In the list of optimization results, Homer ranks the lowest to highest NPC values. The system is said to be optimal, if one of the system configurations shows the lowest NPC for a predetermined period of time. In accordance with how Homer works, in designing a Solar Home System consisting of a 7.7 kWp solar panel, 3 kW inverter, 12 V 84 Ah 30 batteries, and a network, Homer produces two of the most optimal configurations with the advantages and disadvantages of each. -Each configuration.
