Abstract

Abstract - Pyrolysis testing is the process of decomposing a material at high temperature without air which is limited to the testing method used is plastic or pyrolysis fuel which has been carried out in the form of plastic.The operation of the tool is carried out by inserting the material that has been provided into the reactor tube, then the results of the combustion carried out can change the steam into a liquid oil through the combustion process that occurs in the cooling tube. The test results show that the plastic bag waste with a certain weight of space so that the plastic bag will become steam until the plastic has evaporated and then desired by the liquid water to produce in the form of fuel oil.The operation of the tool is carried out by inserting the material that has been provided into the reactor tube, then the results of the combustion carried out can change the steam into a liquid oil through the combustion process that occurs in the cooling tube. Abstrak - Pengujian Pirolisis merupakan proses penguraian suatu bahan pada suhu tinggi tanpa udara yang yang terbatas metode pengujian yang diguunakan adalah bahan bakar pelastik atau pirolisis yang telah di lakukan dalam bentuk pelastik. Pengoperasian alat dilakukan dengan cara memasukkan bahan yang sudah di sediakan ke dalam tabung reaktor, kemudian hasil pembakaran yang dilakukan dapat mengubah uap menjadi cairan minyak melalui proses pembakaran yang terjadi didalam tabung pendingin. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa limbah kantong plastik dengan berat Ruang tertentu sehingga saampa pelastik tersebut akan menjadi uap sampa pelastik yang telah menguap kemudian di inginkan oleh fluidacair untuk menghasilkan yang berupa bahan bakar minyak BBM .
