Abstract
This goal of the research was to study the influence of income level on consumption pattern fishermen in the distrid of Tenga.For this purposef,o ur fishermen villages were taken as research sites where eight fishermen were purposively determined as samples Data w ere obtained by direct observation through prepared questionnaires and structured interviews. The relation between income level ( X) and consumption level (Y) is formulated using a simple regression of Y = a + bX with o=5%. The resuts showed that the consumptior pattern of fishermen was significantly influenced by their income level (r =0.75) with r2 = 0.56 indicating that the level of income and consumption pattern are closely related to the percentage 56%
