Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero) Sam Ratulangi Airport, Manado. This research uses quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis techniques. The sample in this study consisted of 75 respondents. Data analysis was carried out through validity tests, reliability tests, simple correlation coefficient tests, simple linear regression coefficient of determination tests, and t tests used in this research. Through the results of data analysis carried out by researchers, it was found that the test results showed that Work Motivation had a significantly positive effect on Employee Performance, so that Ho said there was a positive and significant influence on the Work Motivation (X) dimension on the Employee Performance variable (Y). So partially the dimension of Work Motivation (X) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Keywords : Work Motivation, Employee Performance Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero) Bandar Udara Sam Ratulangi Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 75 responden. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji koefisien korelasi sederhana,regresi linier sederhana uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji t digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Melalui hasil analisis data yang dilakukan peneliti didapatkan hasil bahwa Hasil Pengujian menunjukan bahwa Motivasi Kerja secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, sehingga Ho yang berbunyi ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada dimensi Motivasi Kerja (X) terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Maka secara parsial dimensi Motivasi Kerja (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y)
