Abstract
The histamine contents of some tuna commodities that chached and handied by fisheries industries in Bitung City is varying 0-8 mg%. These value are less than maximum standard value recommended.
Histamine testing for export fisheries product is very important to guarantee the quality and to prohibit the rejection of products. For each steps of fisheries product hanling, need serious attention to hygienic factors
