Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of ration restriction on the development of abdominal adipose by detecting lipid abdomen accumulation in broiler. We do hope that the results of this research can contribute to control the cost production. The results show that the broiler ration restriction, from 5% to 15% decreased the presentation of abdominal lipids, whereas concerning the treatment until 20% restriction influence to the carcass presentation there were not different significantly. By these results, we recommend to continue this research, as the next stage research, to investigate the ration restriction influence on development of preadipose in the broilers body. This is important to anticipate the strategies to control the accumulation of lipids as the over energy consummation consequence.
