Abstract
Wullur,M.2008.Decision Making of Managerial in Crisis. J.FORMAS 1 (2): 37-4 Manager now is expected to be able to take decision based on paradigm outside idea and processing model of traditional information. This thing also happens in condition of crisis, where there are a few time and information as consideration. Management literature tends to presents theoretical and empirical support. This article vital importance for human resource is manager, because manager hardly get use to make decision which is made about people in organization. Decision her is a heavy burden viewed from ethics and financial sides. It increasingly important when the condition of the organization is crisis.
