Abstract

The power of the President in the modern state practice interesting to do the study because of frequent power beyond the authority of the president practiced law (Rechts bevoegdheid) has. Though the legal authority possessed hy the hesident in the practice of modem nations aim for the welfare of the population, the country's security is assured, the existence of legal certainty, the establishment of democracy, including freedom of the press as well as intemational relations are smooth. Adminishative practices that occurred during this system showed a trend setting state that more weight to the executive (executive heavy).
