Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance. The study, which was located at Bank BCA, Manado, uses explanatory or hypothetical investigations. The samples were respondents from the total of 37 employees at the company. The data collection technique utilizes the Purposive sampling by means of distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The data were then valued, tabulate and analyzed using linear regression statistics. The result show that: the transformasional leadership has some significant impacts on the employee performance.
