Abstract

Information of recruitment potential of corals in Bunaken Island and Manado Bay, North Sulawesi, Indonesia, will be observed for two years base on settlement of recruits corals to coral settlement devices (CSD). New shape and material of CSD will be used in this study which is designed to be easy to use by local people. The study began in September 2017 using 3.000 CSD in total. The CSD will be collected after 3 months and taken to the laboratory to observe and identification the recruits coral in laboratory and replace it with a new one.
